How fast will I receive my renders?
On average, requests are completed in three business days or less. Significant projects may require additional lead time.
How do I request renders?
Once your payment is received, ARCHES Team Lead will reach out to you directly via email to accept your request(s) and fulfill your render(s). We are happy to accept any documentation you have that will help us bring your vision to life. Often, our clients submit a project brief in the form of a document or Google Doc, and dimensioned CAD or other architectural drawings for reference.
Can I make changes to a render if I don't like it?
Unlimited revisions are offered for each request as part of your purchase. We will continue to revise your renders until you are satisfied. Please note that changes to scope or modifications to initial requests will not be considered revisions and may incur additional costs.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the high quality and time-consuming nature of our work, we do not offer refunds.
